Do you do the entire kitchen? Do you install benches?

We are manufacturers, not retailers, so our customers are cabinetmakers and kitchen retailers who can plan and install the whole kitchen. If the kitchen includes stone or solid surface benches, we manage the installation of the benches. Contact us for a referral to a retailer or cabinetmaker in your area.

Do you have a showroom?

We are not retailers, so we rely on displays in the showrooms of our customers: cabinetmakers and kitchen retailers. We do have samples of the benchtop materials at our factory. Alternatively, you can see the range of options by visiting our suppliers' websites: laminate, stone or solid surface.

How long will it take to manufacture my order?

Our service targets for each product are:

Laminated benchtops	Seven (7) working days from receipt of order
Stone	Seven (7) working days from date of templating (Templating usually occurs one day after kitchen cupboards are installed)
Solid Surface	Determined for each individual job upon receipt of order
Kits and doors	Five (5) working days from receipt of order

Do you deliver?

We currently make regular deliveries to cabinetmakers extending from the Gold Coast to Bundaberg. We install stone and solid surface benches from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast. Delivery and installation charges are applicable.

What's the status of my job?

Are your laminated benches water resistant?

Prolonged exposure to moisture/water will cause swelling and warping despite our use of highly moisture resistant particleboard. We don't supply benches suitable for external use.

Do you supply granite benchtops?

We currently supply engineered stone that comes with a 10 year limited warranty. Our reconstituted stone suppliers include Caesarstone^TM; EssaStone^TM; Quantum Quartz^TM; Silestone^TM and Smartstone^TM. Check out the comparison to help you make your decision.

Can I put a stone bench around my barbeque?

Stone can be used alongside a barbeque, provided that

it does not directly contact the barbeque
it is under cover
it is not subjected to direct sunlight

I have just had a stone bench installed. Do you polish and recut the sink and hotplate cut-outs?

Not at the moment.

How much does it cost?

It depends on what you need. Price differs for each job and depends on a number of factors including your choice of benchtop (material, colour, thickness, profiles, length and width), the shape of the kitchen and your location. We suggest that you discuss your plans with a cabinetmaker or kitchen retailer. In general, the laminated benchtops are the lowest cost, followed by engineered stone (quartz or marble) and then solid surface. Check out the options to help you make your decision.
